Project-based work starts at $7,500 per engagement, with services like:

  • Culture Assessments with actionable engagement plans

  • Compensation Strategy to keep pay practices fair and competitive

Custom projects are always available to meet your business needs. Billable upon agreement of execution.

 

Retained Fractional CHRO
Hands-on, embedded guidance at the executive level without the cost of a full-time hire.

Perfect for scaling teams that need consistent leadership on the people side. Most clients fit into:

  • Foundational Fractional (10-15 hours/week) $6,500-$9,000/month

  • Integrated Fractional (20 hours/week) $11,500/month

All plans include strategy, execution, and direct executive access, with a 3-month minimum engagement. Billable monthly.

 

Executive-in-Residence
For organizations that need full-time, focused HR leadership to navigate major growth, transformation, or M&A.

This is your dedicated CHRO without adding headcount.

  • $20,000/month for a fully embedded partnership delivering strategy, ops, team builds, org design, and more.

Billable monthly, no minimum monthly commitment required.

Startup Advisory
Strategic guidance for founders who need systems, not overhead. You get a seasoned private equity growth-inclined executive in your corner with aligned upside through equity or revenue share.

  • Lean Advisory - $1,000/month

    • Weekly 1:1 founder call

    • Up to 4 hours/month of execution support

  • Growth Advisory - $2,000/month

    • ​Weekly 1:1 founder call

    • Up to 10 hours/month of execution support

  • Aligned Incentives (select one):

    • Equity: 0.25%-1.0%, vesting over 12-24 months

      • Equity is fully retained post-vesting, aligned with long-term growth.

    • Revenue Share: Up to 15% of gross revenue, tiered by stage and involvement.

All plans include strategy calls, founder coaching, and plug-and-play HR tools.​

Minimum 3-month engagement. All terms finalized in a custom agreement.

Recruiting Services
Whether you need a critical hire or ongoing talent pipeline support, two flexible recruiting models are available:

  • Contingent Search - 25% of first-year base compensation.

  • Retained Search - $5,000 deposit and 20% placement fee.

You get a partner committed to finding the right talent, fast.​ Placement fee billable upon start date of employee. Deposit, if applicable, due at time of service agreement.

Hourly Rate

On-demand HR expertise at your fingertips. Giving you professional level HR consulting without a long-term commitment.

Based on population size of client organization.

  • 1-99 Employees - $100/hour

  • 100-999 Employees - $250/hour

  • 1000+ Employees - $500/hour

Billable monthly, no minimum commitment required.
